Overview
Chebeague week will happen the week of 15 June to 21 June. The West Coast Hales kids and Quin will fly in at various times late on 15 June. We will have a full family gathering in Lincoln on Sunday 15 June. The the Lincoln and West Coast Hales will head up to Chebeague on 16 June. Sadly, it appears the Canton Hales are unable to attend. Corey, Ashely, and her boyfriend Eli will be heading up to Maine with the family. We will a family dinner on 20 June in Lincoln. The West Coast Hales will leave on 21 June.

Family Gathering Lincoln | Whole family will gather in Lincoln starting around 6 pm. David will already be there and Sam will be picking up Kate, Quin, and Bryan and they will arrive in Lincoln around 8 pm. We will have snacks and ice cream available. Sam will pick up and bring home MaMagoos for the West Coast Hales and Quin and anyone requesting. People are welcome to stay as late as they want or even spend the night. |

Family Gatherings in Lincoln and David's Birthday
We (West coast, Natick, Canton, and Lincoln Hales) will gather in Lincoln to celebrate the family on 15 June. David will be in Lincoln around 5pm on 15 June and the Kate, Quin, and Bryan will be in Lincoln around 8 pm. Due to the scattered arrival of everyone the rest of the family will start gathering around 6 pm. David and Grandmother will welcome people in Lincoln while Sam picks up Kate, Quin, and Bryan. We will have snacks and ice cream in Lincoln. Sam will pick up MaMagoos for the West Coast Hales on the way back from the airport. If anyone wants MaMagoos they should let Sam know.
On 20 June around 5pm the family will gather again in Lincoln. Sam will provide dinner for all. Menu TBD. Likely it will be take out BBQ, pizza, Thai, etc. We will also celebrated David's birthday with an ice cream cake. Mint chocolate chip. Menu suggestions are welcome.

Food Safety
Based on attendees Sam will adjust grocery purchase to take allergies and such into consideration. Sam will ensure there are gluten free options for meals at Chebeague.
Drinks
Please provide Sam with your desires for drinks. We currently have Ace Cider, vodka, tequila, and gin.
Snacks
We currently have chips, pretzels (to include gluten free pretzels, pub cheese, seven layer dip, port cheese, pizza rolls, and jalapeno poppers. We also have the fixings for nachos.
Sleeping Plan
Here is the tentative sleeping plan.
- Grandmother and Sam in her bed room.
- Kate and Quin large room upstairs
- Ashley and Eli in the futon room
- Corey, David, and Bryan in the Bunk House
Transportation Plan
Driving
Lincoln Hales will go up in Sam's truck and grandmother's car. Ashley, Corey, and Eli will transport themselves. One of them needs to coordinate with grandmother to get ferry tickets.
Ferry Tickets
Grandmother will purchase ferry tickets for the family. She will provide some to Ashely or Corey so they can go up on their own as required.
Random Tasks

Grandmother and Sam have coordinated.
Water
As the season has been wet, water is not a major concern at this point on the island or for the house. With that said, we want to take brief showers and due to our lower numbers we do not anticipate setting up the outdoor shower.
Safety
We will have plenty of spray to help keeps the ticks off.
